What happens if I am not satisfied with my results?

Outcomes of treatments vary from person to person and it is impossible to predict results. We will strive, to our best ability, to give the best possible results for each client. If you are unhappy with your results, we will do what we can to address the issue. The patient is responsible for proper follow up treatments and at home care.

How much downtime is needed after a treatment?

This will all be dependent on the specific treatment received as each treatment has its own set of guidelines. However, most treatments require little to no downtime. You will be provided a take home sheet with after care instructions following procedures.

Does insurance cover treatments at a med spa?

No, these are considered elective procedures and therefore insurance does not cover the cost. We accept cash, check, or credit card. Payment will be due at the time services are rendered.

Am I a candidate to receive treatments?

There are certain contraindications to receiving specific treatments. Utilizing our new patient forms and free consultation, we will assess the best treatment options for each individual client and answer any questions you may have.

How often can I receive treatments?

This will all depend on the type of service requested and your specific skin care concerns.

Will I need a consultation appointment before receiving a treatment?

Yes, a consultation will be done so a proper treatment plan can be made. Consultations are free of charge. Most treatments offered can be done the same day of your consultation but other treatments require preparation.
